Just gone.. along with the previous one in the series. because life hates me now

[edit] I can't think of anything worse than having do paint the same thing over again. Brightside though, I'll probly paint over the original sketch and save some time.. if it works well, I'll do the same in the future...

idk, grrr

[edit] painting it right now, music always helps :P

If it's unexpectedly shutting off, the power brick might be breaking.

In which case, a replacement might be necessary. Check to see if there are any sparks or burning smells coming from the brick the next time that happens.

beastkid7 responds:

there was a storm, smh haha, I forgot to mention thats what blew out the power. But still. It shouldn't have deleted my files.

\/ Always a good thing to unplug your laptop to give the battery some exercise - usually better to leave it out, so it doesn't keep topping off the charge, thereby killing it's effectiveness.

I was recently reminded of an old saying: 'The problem exists between the chair and the keyboard' (meaning user error). Something frustrated techs would say to managers regarding their employees lack of computer-ese. Fuck, we've all been there dude!

beastkid7 responds:

lolyeh, darn computrons! eh well, I finished my art anyhow. I'll post it soon

A quick diagnostics of your saving capabilities usually helps.

It's a process where you scan the files for saving corruption. It then helps convert the files to better save on your computer.

As for your computer unexpectedly shutting off...is it a labtop? Cause the battery might be dying.

beastkid7 responds:

nah, its a desktop. I look into the saving capabilities thing.

Rough stuff. Back in the day, almost all software would harp on about saving and backing up your save. Computers have one flaw: external influences. It's gotta turn out better this time :)

beastkid7 responds:

I think it might :)

That's odd. We had a power outage here, earlier. I'd check for any other corrupted files, if I were you. :/

beastkid7 responds:

I'm doing that now. Thanks
