Wow, Kid Cudi, it's been a while...
Maybe it all comes own to Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek universe, one without money or a need to collect things. Maybe it's about self-improvement and making something that will outlast ourselves.
Haven't been able to find it, but the Greeks had a particular definition of the word "happiness". Something about having the scope and vision to do what you like....
I feel as though I have a healthy idea of were happiness comes from. Being a positive force in the lives of others, especially thoughs whome you love.
What I'm facing is the disintegration of my life's structure. Everything I hoped to be is dead, everything my family hoped me to be is dying. I know I'll come out alive. I just feel like I'm rotting on the inside. I now have to reconstruct new hopes with out the same support from my parents. I'm changing and I'm not sure I like who I'm becoming, but I can't stay the same. I suppose this is what it means to grow up.
