But, which ultimate spider man are you reading?
The one labeled "Ultimate" or does it have "Ultimate Comics" labeled on the cover?
They're in the same series, but they're based before and after ultimatum.

Just labeled Ultimate. and I'm not currently reading it. Read like the first 5 vol years ago.
Before and after Ultimatum? Sounds awesome ...idk what it means but sounds cool man ^_^
So, are you reading the one where you see him get bit by the spider?
That's Ultimate.
Ultimate comics is way later after the events of Ultimatum. (Worst comic ever written.)
I won't say too much, but Ultimatum was a fairly epic part.
Manhattan flooded, South America wrecked.
Yeah I do remember reading something were there was like this disease and erryone was dieing. But, yea, I dont think I really read thos.
Just a part of ultimate spidey lol Ultimatum sounds horrid.

The problem with animation these days is the staleness of Flash Techniques.
It works in terms of story telling and it is a cheep way to animate, but back then, animation is gauged by presentation as well.
Ed Edd n Eddy had a superb animation style and story. Same with a few other classic animations. But as long as the story is good, the poor animation is forgivable.

Yes I think "staleness" is a good word for it. The easy way out never looks as good. I fear that there won't be many well animated non flash comedy cartoons in the future.
But, this show is HILARIOUS! I think I only saw like half the Dan VS Canada one ...had me rollin hahaha
