thanks for the generic comment :P
you possibly caught a little bit of insomnia
I think so. I like how you stated it.. as if it were the flu
That picture came out great, well done! It's tough putting parts together... luckily you didn't have to choose the parts, so maybe the assembly and inspiration came more easily - a good collab of sorts.
My theory on dreams is, we have 365 dreams in us, and occasionally, we wake soon after, remembering the dream. The dreams have a cycle, and as we live, they become more relevant. I might even take the leap and say, we see our lives through different branches of history, some extending back before our births..... alternate realities of the life we live, along the infinite possibilities.
thanksman! yeah, it helps when the person gives you an idea of what they want
hmm, thats interesting
YOU...need exercise and a healthy diet.
Trust me. It's been helping me. When people like us have very active minds and imaginations, our sense of awareness in darkness is heightened incredibly.
In a sense...we are nocturnal by nature. As ancient cavemen were to be awake during the dangers that lurk in the night. Shadowy beasts that will murder the sleeping for an easy meal.
Understanding this. It's important to 'establish' a sense of security and comfort.
Try these steps.
1. Exercise
2. Eat healthy
3. Drink Warm Milk or eat a bit of chicken or turkey for the Triptophan effect.
*Chamomile tea also works.
4. Listen to a heart-warming song or a hymn. Something that expresses a wholesome feeling.
Culturally and religiously this is subjective but listen to these examples..

5. Pray, Meditate, or write a journal - Get your thoughts out, even on paper. Helps ease mind.
6. Stretch your body.
7. Bed Formula = Warm Body + Cool Bed. Chill your room briefly before going to bed. A warm shower or a soak in the tub before hand. Do not leave air con on all night.
8. Enter the Lucid Dream state. Close your eyes and focus comfortably on anything you can imagine. And just go with the flow of it.
Tips
Wake up in the morning with stretching and a warm shower. immediately eat breakfast or go for a brisk 5 minute jog/sprint before eating.
Thats really good advice to pray, meditate and write. So my mind is clear. I read a lot about it and they keep saying that light exposure in the morning has a real big effect also.
Thanks Jak
I've been having plenty of vivid dreams lately. What triggers them to start up suddenly after being nonexistant for a long period of time? Anyway they are sometimes pretty cool but ultimately they are just depressing when realizing that its better than your real life.
I used to think it was long periods of good sleep. But, I know that feel bro ^^
