I was watching this short film Short Order on Hulu. The movie was alright, very odd ... interesting, mouthy, eccentric, and above all existential. but very undeveloped.
Anywho the leading lady of this thing was like the mos Beautiful lady I ever did saw ! So I figured I'd make a post bout it. So heres to you Emma de Caunes. Whos movie career I cannot follow. I will learn french just so I can watch your movies. :P

France is just a culture that is a subordinate group from the continent Europe which is primarily composed of Caucasians.
What I think you are confusing yourself with is that "race" is usually a terminology for one's gene pool. Not for individual countries. Race does not describe being French. Culture describes being French and it doesn't matter if your white black or chinese.
What I think you are in love with is French "CULTURE". Their language and such.
The Gene Pools for Humans (and I studied this in Anthropology and Sociology)

Asians
Hispanics / Indian
or as it once was classified in the early centuries as...
Negroid, Caucasoid and Mongoloid.
Basically Black Skinned, White Skinned, and Asian-ish.
