So I got this Factory Refurbished HP Tower at Best buy for $580 ...it has a Phenom II Quad-Core Processor and an 8GB of RAM. Then I used $230 to buy a Samsung LED 24 inch Monitor! Won this sick Hurley jacket for $10.50 on Ebay. with $50 left to spear.

Consider it Hustled!

or u can call me cheap like may family.

Asking on a PC help or tech related forum would be a good idea. Just mention a price range and people will usually help you out. Macs are also a good idea if you're mainly using your computer for making art... just expensive as you mentioned.

Thanx man. yeah.

i had to choose too i chose Mac and its really good i used to get stressed out of my old PC taking so long for it to turn on the Mac is really good and has its advantages i bought mine 2 years ago and updated it with snow leopard

Yeah thats one thing that I was impressed with when I worked with a Mac in Graphic Design class. It just ...turns on and loads.

I turn on My PC and have breakfast b4 I can actually do anything on it.

Well that's mostly because your PC is old.

yeah ....I don't think I ever had a new PC.

Hey beastkid! It's RhiandBren. Well, I'm on my brothers acount. O_O Anyway, he's nothing like me. He's... yeah nothing like me. You might talking to him. Just whatch out for him. He's a noob. And doesn't even know what a troll is. >.< I just made this acount fer him today. ^_^ Cause h's a lazy ass. Anywway yeah. Bye bye. ;)

LOL well great then! I'll go saysothin crazy!

If you are prepared to put together the parts yourself for a desktop (motherboard and chip, power supply, graphics card, hard drives etc etc), you can save some money. My friend tends to look for deals on motherboards and cpu bundles, then gradually assemble the rest of the machine around it to fit in with the motherboard.

no sure I could do that ...if I could ...only find out how to plug in my mouse! WTF IS A USB?!? Then I gota figure out how ....in't there spose to be a switch to power this thing on. WERES THE REMOTE!!!

Sounds like you found a working solution anyhow

I'm a hustla rid'n wit my head low (I reely shoud stop)
