how do you not see the teenage disease
the one that bites you between the knees
that makes you spit stupidity
and act like a blind animal
Common sense outside the window
WHAT THE HELL
all around me
ALL AROUND ME
Is there something wrong with me
This sudden wisdom that I do not see
that I know better than my parents
Yes that I see is wrong in me
I delayed the fire of independence so Strong in me
smothered it till it became a faint yearning in the back of my mind
