John Murray decides to torture himself with efficiency.
A mental boot camp if you will
A sort of ..self social experiment
For self discipline.
Procrastination will die

Good for you man. It's good to be productive and timely.
But it's also good to rest.
Forcing yourself into productivity will ultimately result into more procrastination....or at least a more 'edgier' John Murray.
The joy is in the journey after all.
And resting and procrastination is part of the journey.
This is probably a good opportunity to try out meditation whenever you feel stressed. You can even say a prayer while meditating if you want.
That or rock out to some ambient beats. There's this band called I-Doser where it supposedly stimulated the brain into making chemicals that mimic the effects of drugs such as Oxy, Zolo, and good old Hemp :P
Oxy soundtrack makes my body feel numb.
Set yourself a timer to ALWAYS stop and continue tomorrow at a certain time. Like say 6pm till bed is 'Murray Time'. And 6am after breakfast - noon is production time. A small break to smell the roses, and then work out.

Yeah, its good to be balanced. After a while I kind of take advantage of my letting myself take breaks lol.
Thats true, and really good point.
I-Doser sounds crazy lol wow I have to look them up.
YES thats one thing I have trouble with. Knowing when to stop. After a couple ours of work its 12 o'clock at night and I end up fulfilling my "procrastination quota" by staying up until like 3am smh.
