we kill and save people with every word we exert.

and sometimes its apparent what you've done
that soul you've damaged
that imminent happening

and your whole body cringes from by the pain of that word

or wordlessness. Had you said those words.. maybe she would still be ok

Theres Violence out tonight

I've felt it on the tip of my head or in the back of my mind
another existence, another world, another way to see.
I've caught glimpses of universes that I hold onto for as long as possible
a subtle yet extreme variation in mood and perception
another state of being
a filter of rules
an alternate reality.

Some times I feel like those different glimpse into entirely different bases are the way others actually see the world, a different flavor of the ever so basic multi-verse we were meant to experience. Or both.

have you ever felt this too?

Similar to my encounter with the Firefly series I was drawn to Freaks and Geeks by its hype. It's tragic really. But at least the episodes are really long. This show is like a nostalgia combo because it was made in the 90's but its set in the 80's. It also has a very subtle and more realistic approach to high school years and was really funny at times. It was ahead of its time with its understated nature and I believe thats what got it canceled.

The reason I fell in love with this show though. Is its characters, the way the characters evolve and learn threw out that one season was ...well it pulled my heart strings people.

Go watch it on netflix, I bet you'll be sad when its over :P

I went for one day, friday. I met and talked to some really ill artists that I admire, I had nerdy, vague, reference based conversations, I was tickled by people in highly abnormal costumes doing the most mundane activities. I was surprisedto see some certain sexy people. My fandom was revived as I saw shotty cosplay of treasured shows I had forgoten. But above all I was impressed by the creativity!

Things I learned:

There are alot of hot nerds :P

one does not cosplay as Ramona Flowers with out being sufficiently hot

There were alot of Ramona Flowers Cosplayers

The ground floor can be likened to a claustrophobic herding of catle

It may take hours to meet up with your friends :P

Theres nothing more amusing than seeing The scarlet spider relaxing in a corner or a deteriorating zombie flips threw her kindle while snaking on a granola bar.

New York looks cool at night

TGI fridays has really good ribs

kids be going crazy when you were your new hat

Comic Con was fun

Thoughts: Unlike his last album 'LAZERS' he had major creative control on Food & Liqour II part one. So its all him here. Its called the Great american Album because Americas the theme. Just as the theme for his album "The Cool" was being cool. I love the complexity of his lyrics, it's like good literature. You can get different meanings, it might give you different meanings depending on when you listen too it and sometimes you just end up catching some clever thing he said you hadn't noticed before.

But what I like the most about this album is how blatant and counter culture he is ..to hip hop specifically. Also to america but I don't really ..I'm neutral. Butyeh, he just says the most truthful things no mater how ..lame or cheesy it might be to others. He's made his money and he's just creating and getting a message out. So thats cool.

I'm just going to post the two songs I liked most off the album. But, do your self a favor and check out the rest. His lyrics are pretty incredible at times.

Play this

Rap this:

It's like its like
Jugling a mix that you can't let down
wish for a person that just won't come round
flippn through the mind that just won't stay sound
jugling a mix that just won't let down

tripn me, I hit'n me
punch that epiphany

or the concept of it
concept love'n
all day every day, I stay run'n
mind games on'm
yet still find'n somethn

wisdom comes from known you don't know it so
I'ma stay mysterious as mr. so and so
yes and no
decisions go
float'n on like that song I heard on radio

LAME.. ino
complex so
complex soul
wish'n SO hard I was simple...

It's like its like
Jugling a mix that you can't let down
wish for a person that just won't come round
flippn through the mind that just won't stay sound
jugling a mix that just won't let down
